About detection depth,Please Notice the following :
The testing depth depends on the electromagnetic field of the local earth,the oxidation degree of the object(Buried years),the Geographical environment and the soil structure,the kind of the metal,the depth and the size of the object,the user adjusting method or some other related factors. Not all the object all can reach the same testing depth,such as,for one coin and one large iron plate,their testing depth is not the same.All the detectors are with the same principle.Another hand,if the users do not know well about the operation of the detector,then it could not testing well with the detector,and also not say about the treasure,is the same as pie in the sky,it is the general problem to all the buyers.so please see.
The testing depth is influenced by these factors:
1).The size of the objects.
The size of the object is bigger, the sound is louder, the depth is deeper; The size of the object is smaller, the sound is not louder, the depth is shallow. There is no relative with the length of the tester.
2).The Material of the objects.
The gold metals like the Iron and stainless steel, the depth is deep; And the Non-ferrous metals of aluminum and brass, the depth is shallow.
3).The influence of the soil
a. The hardness or thickness of the soil.
The thickness is larger, the penetrating power is smaller, the depth is shallow; The thickness is smaller, the penetrating power is larger, the depth is deeper.
b. The moisture of the soil. The moisture is larger, the value of resistance is larger, the depth is shallow; The moisture is smaller, the value of resistance is smaller, the depth is deeper.
